| Machine vision recognition technology has much virtue such as non-contact,on-line and real-time, rapid, precision and strong scene anti-jamming. It could realize the aim to zero-wasted of mechanical product and has suited for the need of modern manufacturing progress and development. Thus,it has showed wide applied foreground. In this paper, combining machine vision with image processing technology, in order to achieve various types of car wheels on the classification match as a target, using CCD sensor and image processing card and other hardware and in the VC++6.0 environment, the software design for the vision inspecting system is processed to realize the basis functions and auxiliary functions such as image acquisition, image processing and wheel models recognition, adapt to the larger mass production and rapid online classification need to overcome the traditional manual sorting of the disadvantages oriented model identification of machine vision systems research, industrial production for the realization of modern technology and new means of detection for some useful attempts and explore. |
