With advantages such as energy saving and long lifetime, GaN-based vertical LED will be widely used in general illumination, scene lighting, special lighting and auto lighting. Thus GaN-based vertical LED had attracted great research interest. The main work of this thesis focused on electroplating copper substrate, electroplating theory, capability infection, about GaN-based vertical LED. The summary of the thesis is as follows:(1) Because electroplating copper theory was discussed, we optimized element of electroplating copper solution on GaN-based vertical LED;(2) Designed equipments for electroplating copper;(3) Under way, perfect electroplating technic of copper substrate was hold on;(4) Discussed stress, rigidity and dependability about copper layer. |
