As a whole 3-tier architecture is adopted in the system. Among the system the mobile client terminal is completely based on J2ME architecture. It has realized inquiring all the phone fee information including the detail bill used by the mobile client terminal. Live up to inquire all the needed phone fee information anytime and anywhere, breakthrough the current state of inquiring the detail phone fee bill can only by the network computer. The system has also solved the problem of display a great deal of information by the separate screen of the mobile client terminal.Finally, the dissertation realized every layer of the 3-tier architecture of the Mobile Phone Fee Inquiring System Based On J2ME. Revealed the running effect and the process of intercommunication. Expected the prospect of the J2ME technology at the field of mobile application.
