This abstract is based on the digital reconstruct of DC hoist in the new breeze well for TANGSHAN COALMINE KAILUAN(group)Corporation.Pass to computer control technology to the application and the research in the shaft hoist, we introduce that the new breeze well hoist computer control system to adopt the most advanced technique of PLC nowadays, by full-digital thyristor DC speed regulated system to constitute of parallel 12 pulse technology and magnetic fields to change toward technology, reform the traditional generator- electric motor( F- D) machine set and relay control of hoist, by F- D machine set the unadvanced drive of wind reformation to become having the international advanced the horizontal full digital DC to drive the system.In the anticle analyzes the shaft hoist to control the request of the system to the electricity, It aims at the high reliability of hoist system, It provides a high reliability protected system that uses double PLC technology. Introduced the basic principle of the travel control, analyze the speed to give settle between speed and travel versus time containing acceleration and deceleration regulation are derived,and appropriate travel control algorithm is chosen .according to the pratical requirement, a control system containing hardware configuraion and soft programme are designed.make the full digital shaft hoist having S-type speed curve automatic formation, setting speed datum beforehand , automatically decelerate function,realizing the function speed monitoring and control,and provides a powerful technique guarantee for safe operation of shaft hoist. In the anticle research gets the application in TANGSHAN COALMINE new breeze well DC shaft hoist speed regulated and PLC operate protect system.It is shown from the result of site operation that this control system work reliable, function stability, control the accuracy is high, and completely can satisfy the practical produce of demand.
