| Nowadays, information technology is developing at top speed, the use of computer in the field of education made the computer become a teaching medium and a manage instrument with the best prospect. Especially, making use of network in teaching explored a new look for the development of educational undertakings. So, taking advantage of campus network resource associated with teaching auxiliary platform is an important complement to traditional education mode. It indicates the direction of developing modern teaching technology.This article is mainly about devising and fulfilling a teaching auxiliary platform which is based on WEB technology and suitable for modern education by applying the computer appliance technology and network to education, combining the feature of multi-media network technology and teaching management assisted by computer as well as the network teaching mode based on the theory of Constructivism. In the process of devising and developing teaching auxiliary platform, investigation and analysis should be done on the current teaching auxiliary system first of all, after finding the shortcomings existing in the practical application, the analysis of the system' needs should be redone. Then, according to the results of analysis and teaching's needs, the construction of the whole platform will be devised, the function and task of each mold be defined and divided, which reduces the complexity of fulfilling each mold and improves the re-utilization of software, and finally the whole teaching auxiliary platform will be fulfilled.This teaching auxiliary platform which is based on WEB technology uses B/S systematic construction, takes SQL Server 2000 as data-base and ASP as intermediate technology, and makes use of the network's unique data-base management technology and two-way mutual function as well as the important feature of network's initiative and controllable communication, to fulfill the mutual-study in the process of teaching. This platform also embodies the feature of study and initiative study directly, and then embodies the essential requirement of modern education and lifelong education.So, the devised teaching auxiliary platform is more close to the demands of teaching management. It found a solution to the share and communication of information inside and outside campus, and provided the functions such as, teaching, tutoring and examining under the abundant network circumstance. Through the practical operation and test, it proved that this platform possessed high practical worth with the feature of stability, reliability, being easy to exploit and maintain.The next work of this article is to further consider the safety of whole system and data- base system, and also further reinforce the supervisory function, at the same time, to perfect the types of test questions and the process of organizing test paper. |
