The thesis introduces the instruments development platform based on S3C2410 and embedded Linux OS, cutting out and porting the kernel, bootloader and file system of embedded Linux, setting up host development environment and cross compiler environment, and practicing to compile and execute application program on the target. Upon understanding the instruments platform and each instrument module hardware circuits, the author gives software design scheme and realizes the fundamental instrument interface function. Then an introduction of the transplantation of MiniGUI to the instruments platform is given, also a development process of instrument function program to a common module. The author designs graphics interface and menu by MiniGUI resource, and finishes the function of communication with host, instrument module wave data's sample, process, display, storage .etc, thus verifying the dependability and feasibility of the platform design and meeting the common requirements needed, setting up an embedded LXI C class instrument platform with full function. Then SCPI is introduced and a realizing technique is presented of SCPI parser with which to apply in the embedded Linux. Its feasibility is verified. At last upon analyzing LXI technology standard and sync-interface, the thesis presents the software design scheme of trigger subsystem realization that can realize LxiSync interface and its subsequent development of LXI B class and A class instruments. Also a software scheme is designed to implement capability on LxiSync interface in a widely LXI distributed instrumentation test system, having a certain theoretical and practical value for further research in this field.Establishing the software system of LXI multi-functional instrument platform based on a certain theoretical study, the author designs a LXI multi-functional instrument common platform that can meet function criterion, that can supply test and measurement function of instrument to users, and that provides a research platform to other learners to continue consummate extension and extend hardware and instrument function software, also provides useful reference value for research and development for national embedded LXI instruments.
