With the development of the information of military, how to manage military vehicles, improve fighting capability to adapt to the needs of the military become an important subject.In this paper, on the basis of the full investigation on the army vehicle management, we put forward the system of vehicle management based on the technology of RFID. We research correlation technique, analysis demand of system, plan the system's working flow, design the model of the function and the database system. We aim to accomplish the automatic, intelligent and informational supervision of the management of application and dispatch and passing in and out of army vehicles management. We improve efficiency of management and maximum reduce manpower and the physical resource to enhance the validity of management.RFID is the kind of the non-contact auto-identification technology. It gains the information through the radio waves to identificate goal automatic.The radio waves may work in adverse circumstance without manual work. In contrast with the bar code, it has advantage of the waterproofing, antimagnetic, heat-resistant, the long service life, the long distance indentification, the data encryption, the more stored datum capacity and so on. Its distance of indetification is farther than optical system of recognition. The card of radio frequency has the ability of the read-write, the storage of mass data and so on. RFID system generally is composed of two parts: Responder: The responder should lay above the object, may transmit and receive the information, may execute operation according to which receives reads/writes order. Reader: it may be reading or writing/reading installment, accept the information of responders. The order contains the choice, reading/writing, the cancelling of selection and so on. This system based on RFID technology apply technologies of computer network, computer control and database aims to accomplish the automatic, intelligent and informational management of vehicle. The structure of system divides into four, the uppermost layer is an application to decide system's major function, include the management of basic information of vehicles, the management of application dispatch of vehicles, the management of service and the maintenance and passing in and out of vehicles. The second layer is the developing platform of system, is mainly the database and the kit of development. The third layer is the operating system, including the elementary operating system and the network operating system. The lowest level is the hardware, including server, hardware and machine and so on. The kit of development is VC++, the database selects SQL Server 2000, the operating system selects Windows Server2K/Windows XP/Windows 9x。The subsystem of management of basic information has established archives of vehicles including information and technical parameter and so on. The subsystem realizes the integrated management of information, provide the management of vehicles' normal use, the maintenance, the dispatch with the referential information, realizes the scientific forecast of the vehicles'maintenance based on the information of technical parameter of maintenance and writes basic information of vehicles in the electronic tag, real-time reads and regularly changes the information, we can provide the data support for the service, the dispatch, passing in and goes out and the retirement of vehicles. The management of application and dispatch of vehicles supervise the process of the vehicles' application, the authorization and dispatch based on related policy, the subsystem realizes the computerization of filling out a form of the application of vehicles, realizes the automatic authorization through the network according to the related policy of vehicles. The subsystem realizes to optimize the dispatch of authorized vehicles according to the mission. The management of maintenance integrate information of vehicles' maintenance, realizes the standardization of the application and the authorization of service according to the related policy to supplies the technical support for vehicles' maintenance.The information of service of vehicles can be written in the electronic tag, we can read and change the information, the crews may acquisition category and the validity of maintenance service through electronic tag's information.The management of passing in and out realizes the automation. When the vehicles pass in and out, the subsystem realizes to gather datum to control the use of vehicles, realizes vehicles' real-time management and monitor to control the consumption.We choose the reasonable equipment of radio frequency and related hardware for the guarantee of system's reliability and stability. The papers plan the detailed work's flow, and completes the programm. We research security of system's based on RFID. The transmission of data will meet the disturbance based on non-contact technology, it will cause the transmission to have the change, we must take the measures to guarantee integrity of the data transmission. The commonly check is the parity check including of LRC and CRC. The RFID must guard against the attack include the reader without authorization reads the label information, the forge electronic tag, the interception of wireless communication, the attack of the data in the ethernet transmission process and so on. In order to guard against the above attack, we may use mutual distinction between the label. When vehicles pass in and out, it is possible to has many military vehicles'label to reply in reader-writer's sphere of action to collide mutually. Label's against collision algorithm may be the indefinite algorithm and the definite algorithm. Uncertainty algorithm mostly based on mechanism of dynamic allocation. The definite algorithm chooses the label according to uniqueness of label's marking, the most commonly definite algorithm is the binary tree. We propose one kind of new algorithm on a basis of wide research, it surpass the former algorithm in the performance.
