After exploited from nature,mineral resources need to be removed gangue and harmful elements contained in the original ore through beneficiation process,so that the useful minerals can be enriched,or various useful minerals that are symbiotic can be seperated from each other in order to get one or several choicest products of useful minerals.The process of grinding is the continuity of Crushing Mill ,is the last process of the mineral selection ,is the important step of grinding and classification .The aim of grinding is the separating of monomers whole or most part of the mineral ,at the same time try to avoid the overgrinding and to satisfy the requirements of the granularity ,make a good chance to select the useful integrity of others.In most factories,grinding influence the economy and technique greatly and it is the task which consume the most power. Grinding plays an important role in the economical technical target and the most work of dynamic waste in selecting. Factories make a great efforts on manpower and physical resources to reduce energy wastes, improve the efficiency of grinding ,reduce the cost of production, improve the quality.But grinding and classification itself is a very complicated cycle-system which has many influencing and interrupting factors.the process of grinding has a great large inertia, long time delay, serious nonlinear and time variation,mechanism is rather complicated the controlling data makes overflow particle size stable in the requiring range, on this base to improve the effective capacity and get to the aim of productive increasing and power-saveing .The traditional process control is the combination of classical control theory and modern theory which must list the exact mathematic model , such as PID Control,Optimal Control and Random Controll.It cannot get a good effect to control the process of grinding. With the exploitation and application of the new sensor,the development of computer and network technology ,artifical intelligence Expert-System are reaching a deeper application to every section of process control and bring the new ideas to the industrial production.But according to the research comparison, most methods of artifical intelligent are all single way to one cannot be combined together ,control technologies supplementary and fulfill each other and the control effects will be improved .While the reciprocal chiasmus, combination and application of every intelligent technology is the right direction of the intelligent control and so as the grinding have reached to the mineral field while it still in the theory and original applied step in our country .This thesis discusses the technological project of grinding process in detail,making a good use of Matlab and Microsoft Visual C#.NET developing platform and realizing the whole function of Grinding Process Expert-Control-System. Because of Matlab fuzzy theory and .NET technic on Expert-System are not wide-received at home and abroad ,so this method has some novelty and innovation ,the main contents are as following:(1)Firstly, brief introduction of the grinding process and the aim singnificance and the development at home and abroad,put forward a new plan of building a Grinding Process Expert-Control-System base on fuzzy control technic.(2)Discussing the key technologies of system application: fuzzy technology,expert-system technology,Matlab technology and Microsoft .NET developing platform, put forward the control strategy of the grinding process Expert-Control-System. Designing the main structure of system ,data flow chart and software functional structure.(3)Explaining the realization of fuzzy inference engine ,proposing the fuzzy rules which is based on the expert-productive experience on spot. Using Matlab software fuzzy tools to realize the fuzzy reasoning process .This paper design a new method to mix the Matlab software and Microsoft Visual C#.NET developing platform. we use the object-oriented methodology to develop every functional modules and realize the fuzzy inference engine by the mathod of Matlab com technology. The fuzzy inference engine is made by com component technology and it is embed in Microsoft .NET developing platform .Realizing the hybrid encoding of matlab and C#.NET.(4)Introducing the system design and realization in details ,employing C#.NET to accomplish the whole function of grinding process Expert-Control-System,giving functional modules codes of the fuzzy inference engine, trend graph displays, report displays, and data input and outputs displays.(5)Finally, finishing all the functional modules and system connection field test and listing some parts of test results. After analysing test data and results, relevant departments experts of Anshan Mineral Company has made an evaluation of the expert-control-system,the evaluated results are agree with the requirements of design site control and software satisfied all requirements.After finishing these tests , summing up the experiences ,there are still tasks to study and complete farther.(1)Continuing an extension on quantity of the control globe mill .After the factory ran one,control system need more globe mills which requires the complement of the software function .It requires that control system must more stable and run fastly.(2)Installing more advanced testing-equipments improve the veracity testing data, achieving the real time selecting which need a higher level of the complexity veracity of the systems. hereafter, improving continuously in algorithm design and software realization methods(3)Computer technology is developing continuouslywith the study and grasping the computer technological knowledge ,we should widen our views suppose new ideas ,trying to new technologies and catch the development of advancing-front.
