With the development of society and information technology, peoplehave greater demand for information; meanwhile more rely on the network.People haven't been satisfied with browsing information and gaininginformation on line, however, want to express the opinion and inquire thedata more, etc. Moreover, the formation of E-government platform makes itpossible to work on line that people are always dreaming of.At the background of national economy and social informationize,E-government is a system solution which shifts government functions ofinformation release, management, service and communication into theinternet, which is the aim of raising office efficiency, improvingdecision-making and investment environment of government. In the meantimeE-government also provides the systems that combine with Management ofGovernment Process Reengineering, Construction and Optimization of theInternal Management System, Decision Support System and Office AutomationSystem that offer strong technical and advisory support for the improvementof government information management and service level.This paper has been mainly written the information resource of thegovernment affairs shared and exchanged platform, Both e-governmentplatform.it researched the two most important part of e-government,data shared and exchange,and application system Access.Data shared and exchange divided into two types: Landing data and NotLanding data. Landing data means: building a shared database on the shared platform.Implementation exchange through the shared platform between eachdepartment.The data for exchange is stored on the basis database throughthe shared platform. Formed the basis data of the need to share . Buildinga shared database in two stages. The first stage: Data mirroring. SpecificImplementation is to copy the data of each department to informationdatabase of Xicheng District Information Office.The data in this databaseis Primitive.The second stage: Basis on the mirroring, comparison andscreening the data,form a new shared database.The data in this databaseis Processed.
