| As the fast development of information globalization, paperless office, project design, electronic business and program developing have been implemented with the more and more help of computer. Therefore, the safety of documents saved in the computer has drawn much concern. As the internal confidential information of enterprises has been revealed frequently in recent years and great loss has been suffered, the task of keeping the employees from revealing the secrets of the enterprise is very arduous to the computer security worker. Thus, a system of document management which keeps employees from revealing the secret of the enterprise is needed.This thesis elaborates the importance of keeping employees from revealing the secret of the enterprise, analyze the researches of home and broad in detail, and compare similar products. After introducing the design of the anti-disclosure for documentation system, the thesis attaches importance to study Key Management and Data Auditing.In the part of Key Management, the thesis firstly proposes the general policy of Key Management and design it, then divides the module of Key Management and designs every module. In the detail process of implement the Key Management of this system, the thesis elaborates the key generation, the implement of encryption and decryption, data certificate making, and implement of USB Key operation. Finally, the implement is given in detail.In the part of Data Auditing, combing the flowing ways of the whole data system, the thesis gives a general and detailed design. In the detail process of implement of the Data Auditing, the thesis elaborates the design of document flowing audit, design of document print supervision and other sixty-four-dollar questions in details. Finally, the thesis generalize the design and implement of the parts: Key Management and Data Auditing, points out the problems need solving, and puts forward new requirement of follow-up system development. |
