| Tacit knowledge accounts for 90 percent in human knowledge structure, so its high efficiency exchange, sharing and fully utilization become the base and source of organizing knowledge innovation and forming core competitive abilities. Thus, tacit knowledge management has turned into the main focus of current knowledge management.At present, there are two major deficiencies in the study of tacit knowledge management: Firstly, the studies are mostly based on traditional knowledge base system, which can not adequately figure out abundant and complex knowledge; Secondly, the studies of tacit knowledge management all emphasize particularly on one aspect, so a more comprehensive study on the tacit knowledge solve scheme is in urgent need.Based on an analysis of the present studies on tacit knowledge management, this thesis is devoted to a study on some key techniques of tacit knowledge such as the related theories, ontology, and the acquisition of tacit knowledge, aiming to establish a more complete and general management system of tacit knowledge so as to promote the communication, the sharing and the utilization ratio of tacit knowledge. The main contribution of this thesis is embodied in the following five aspects.Firstly, this thesis proposes a tacit knowledge management system framework which is more comprehensive and essence-oriented in function. It is a framework of three layers, namely the memory level, the function level and the performance level. It realizes the three essential links in the recessive knowledge management- the sharing, structuralization and dissemination of knowledge.Secondly, a new classification method of tacit knowledge is given out from the view of acquisition in this thesis, namely the expressible tacit knowledge, hardly expressible tacit knowledge and inexpressible tacit knowledge. According to the classification, the system adopts different method to disseminate and acquire.Thirdly, the thesis proposes a construction method of expert map based on vector space model. This method implements the automatic classification of experts to simplify the expert retrieval. The expert module, which mainly based on expert map and tacit knowledge acquisition of expert, provides various ways to the user to acquire the tacit knowledge.Fourthly, an ontology knowledge base is established on the basis of ontology. By using ontology description language in representing knowledge objects, the base actualizes the sharing, reusing and cross operating of the knowledge. In addition, knowledge terms are established for the knowledge objects by means of knowledge annotation with the shielding of the detail of knowledge object entity and the heterogeneity of expression forms, which separates the knowledge object entity from the knowledge terms and leads to an advancement of retrieval speed.Fifthly, the thesis devises a tacit knowledge management system which sets the function of communication platform, expert network, resource management, etc into one body and contributes in the various retrieval modes of knowledge objects, including resource retrieval, semantic retrieval and expert retrieval, etc. |
