| With the development of wireless technology, the operation of multimedia in the wireless or even mobile environment becomes possible. The system of 3G Network can provide users a lot of data operations, such as voice, video, and data. Accordingly, the quality of service Qos becomes the important performance target. Network must identify and distinguish the data operation communications which have different demands on the quality of service, so that it can provide them corresponding service.At present, there are two characteristics of QoS realizing mechanism (1) Finished by end-users, this way can arose users to enlarge the demand blindly, which can affect the equity and fullness;(2)adapting the changes of network resources by reducing the transmission rate. This way is easy but can bring the increase of time delay of transmission. So it can not satisfy the need of real-time operation transmission.This paper raises a 3G QoS adaptive mechanism based on filtration mechanism which also has two characteristics (1) finished by middle-node router, this way has the equity and fullness; (2) the realizing methods can divided into two: the easy speed adjust way for non-real-time operation, the coding adjusting way for real-time .Doing this can reduce the traffic ,also can not affect the transmission effect of real-time operation.The work of study in this paper includes: building QoS network architecture based on filtration mechanism, introducing the entire operation flow based on filtration mechanism, designing the connection of operation type, the level of filtration, encoding information and speed, finishing 3G QoS realizing flow based on filtration mechanism, th realizing code of algorithm and analyzing the arithmetic by imitating. |
