Research And Design Of Smart Card COS

The smart cards have a thirty years history to this day.Now,they have been used to police,medical treatment,traffic,finance,telecom,society insurance and gym industry so on.Industry chain of the smart card has been greatly perfect and fractionized.The industry chain of smart card includes many tache,IC chip design,chip manufacture,IC COS R&D,and IC individuation so on.The contents expatiated in this paper is an important tache in the industry chain of the smart card:IC COS exploiture.This paper's main target is to research and design the system structure of smart card cos and all modules in COS,including communications,safety,command,file system,hardware bottom driver.The paper expatiates this problem's researching background,item background,the selecting significance etc.smart card status chapter expatiates the researching status and trend to smart card,the sort of smart card,the iso criterion and telecom industry criterion to smart card,the telecom industry uicc and usim,function and system structure of the smart card cos.USIM COS system structure design includes mini_cos and max_cos system structure design, module interface design and uicc drivers design,the creating process of max_cos,the abstract process from max_cos to mini_cos.The communication module design expatiate the apdu message,ATR,PPS.USIM COS safety module analyses the safety system to 3G,differences to safety between USIM and SIM,USIM AKA elements,the file access mechanism to USIM.The command module design expatiates four cases of APDU,the disposal process of the command, CLA and INS coding.The file system module design expatiates the file logic structure,file type,FAT file system design in USIM.Finally,the paper summarizes key skill and creations used in cos design.This paper's project is a transverse items,which is cooperated with China Telecom Service.Ltd xx smart card.ltd by GuangDong university of technology.The item has been design from 2007.7.The system structure design,uicc drivers,and file system code have been achieved to this day. This paper is write on the basis of the item.
