Development Of Remote Laser Processing Server-Center System

The paper reviewed the present situation of laser processing and the feature of the market, compared remote manufacturing home and abroad, proposed a new model of Internet-based remote laser processing center and introduced the key technology of the system.During the development, we took the advantage of the Internet security technology to ensure the security of the system.We used the File Access module of ASP technology,VBScript language and DXF files to realize the collection of the useful information of the sheet material's DXF files to develop online quote system of the center so that the customer could quickly know the price of which they wanted to process.With the technology of ODBC, ADO and Access database we realized the online submission and query of the order, and the inquiry of the process status.According to the standard of most optimum delivery term and with the knowledge of operation research, we realized the optimum dispatch of the orders in a certain time if there are several laser processing machines in the service center.At the same time we had set up business negotiation system and expert forum for further communication.
