With the development of computer and Communications network, the reliability problems of the information systems service are extraordinarily prominent. And the data backup and restores technologies as the foundation of the information systems service recovery faces the brand-new challenge.This paper embarks from the requirements of supporting information systems service recovery, the problem of data backup restore had been studied in-depth, and following contributions had been made.First, the existing data backup restore technologies had been studied in-depth, and we deeply studied the key ideas, characteristic and the applicable scope of these technologies.Second, in view of the organizational characteristics of services, through describing the relationship between data and service by hierarchical model, we proposed architecture of data backup restore oriented service by drawing on the SOA's thought.Third, in order to enhance the reliability of the service recovery processes,we learned from the key idea of the trust chain in the trusted computing platform,adopted the trusted certification module,and produced the transmission path of the trust chain in the data backup restore by combining the service's hierarchical model.Fourth, in order to enhance the reliability of the data source in the process, we adopted the redundancy design module, and given the improved data recovery process.Fifth, in order to recovery the data fast and precisely, we deeply understood the disk data organization in the file system.By using the "cluster" concept and the characteristic of storing by chain in the FAT32 file system, embarking from the bottom of disk data storage, we analysed and realized a local precise recovery technology, and we achieved the high efficiency of the local data restoration.Sixth,we designed and realized the data backup and recovery system,tested its fnction and analysed its performance.In the end,through comparing the effect of the traditional data recovery technology, we had proved the reliability and high efficiency of the key technologies.
