| The research on the motion platform of the helicopter training simulator is the important part of the development of the helicopter training simulator. Essentially, the motion platform of straining simulator is parallel mechanism, and Stewart platform is the standard mechanism of the aerocraft simulator. It is the hotspot in the field of mechanism study in recent years. It possesses such advantages as more DOFs(Degree-Of-Freedom), higher stiffness, better accuracy, modularization, etc.The paper detailedly analyzes the structure, kinematics, kinetics and motion characteristic of the 6-DOF motion platform. Many relative formula are deduced. According to the theory and some helicopter performance, the virtual prototyping (VP) is built by ADAMS. Based on the inverse kinematics, the changeable rules of position and gesture, displacement, velocity, acceleration and force are gotten in the simulation analysis of the inverse kinematics and kinetics. After simulation, the result shows the built VP is satisfied with the performance present. The development of the VP provides the good basis to the structure design of the platform, static analysis and control arithmetic research. It is benefit to the development of other simulators, and it is a profitable attempt to use VP in the process of weapon equipment design, manufacture, and training. |
