| Along with the people Living standards enhancement and development of the public environmental protection consciousness, the Solar water heaters have been used by the thousands of households.So the Solar Heater Product has become the one of the products which have rapidest development and biggest demand in our renewable energy source market.However,the current market,the control system of the Solar Water Heater constitute of the MCU chip in the large number.This system has some bad effects.Such as less function,complicated operation , inconvenient control, poor anti-jamming.Besides this system has bad the effect of control to water temperature.Even if the water heater has auxiliary heating functions, they often appear inadequate or over-heating, it created the hidden dangers.At the same time,it also wastes a lot of power.Based on the above reason, the paper rested on the fuzzy control algorithm, taking the FPGA chip as the main body, designing a set to have the solar heating and the electric heating union constant temperature fuzzy control system. This set of systems have the following merits: may had custom-made the instruction, the online revision hardware circuit to be possible , the exterior expansion ability to be strong, the easy to operate, the development cycle is short, the development cost is low.This system used integration development kit quartus, sopc, NIOS II IDE, using the design method bottom-up, carring on the design from the hardware and the software two parts to FPGA.In the design of hardware,Firstly it designed outer hardware circuit module. inculding:temperatrue test,Keyboard input ,Display,A/D,FPGA,water test,water control and hot control module.Secondly,it adoptede a way from bottom to top and design each small module,involing:time, processor,all functional input or ouput module.Thirdly ,it also designed fuzzy control and fuzzy lookup circuit module.it have made function and time debugging.Finally, in the top ,it made hardware system optimization futher.In the software design, according to design demand, it ploted out several function modules,and designed all small function modules.inculding: Fuzzy control arithmetic process, Fuzzy look-up table,Fuzzy control procedure and Keyboard scanning procedure.This paper reconstructed the system of thermostatic control by adopting intellectual technology,the main task is that designing a system of reliable and steady Thermostatic control on condition that economical efficiency, practicability, Scientificalness.As the result of test,applying this system made the work tranquilizition and trustiness,arriving at a demand of high precision and short time. |
