| Virtual reality has developed in recent ten years is an technology system which based on computer graphics,image processing,pattern recognition,intelligent interface technology,artificial intelligence,multi-sensor technology,speech processing,acoustic technique,network technology,parallel processing and high performance computing.It has been widely used in military,aerospace,building,medical and amusement.It's just a start to the application of billet heating at home and abroad.In the process of billet heating,it is difficult to direct measurement the temperature of heated billet in heating furnace and guarantee tapping timly,because internal heat is complicated in heating furnace and thermometry limitation.So it is not easy to guarantee the quality of billet heating and difficult to exert efficiency fully.In view the present situation of billet heating,it seems especially significance in the research of billet 3D temperature field intelligent prediction model and virtual reality visualization. In the process of billet 3D temperature field intelligent prediction model and virtual reality visualization's research,fristly use nonstationary finite difference method to establish mathematics model of distribution of billet 3D temperature field based on the knowledge of heat transfer,secondly comparison prediction value and sample value through BP neural network to predict surface temperature of billet,finally using VC++6.0 and OpenGL tools.Utilization VC++6.0 to manufacture virtual visualization operation interface of billet 3D temperature field,exert related data of billet heating 3D temperature field and using OpenGL to graphic manifestations of billet 3D temperature field.The experimental data shows that this model can relatively accurate predict the data of billet internal and surface temperature field,at the same time,in the process of visualization in billet 3D temperature,operation interface provides flexible and neat operation.Visualization in billet heating can response the heating situation of billet visual and accurate,provides basis for real-time tapping. |
