Design And Implementation Of Financial Management Subsystem In Enterprise Internal Management System

The project which the author participated in a company is a internal affairs management system that design and development for its own use. The system is using now. It Improves the management efficiency of day-to-day affairs of the company and costs savings for the company.The system can be divided into five subsystems : system management subsystem, human resources management subsystem, customer management subsystem, financial management subsystem, research and development management subsystem. The author participated in the financial management subsystem of design, coding and testing.The author used Struts technology, Hibernate technology and Spring technology to achieve MVC design pattern based on J2EE platform in this system. In recent years, as the network technology has been developed quickly and the platform of J2EE (Java2 Platform Enterprise Edition) has been adopted extensively, the multi-layer web architecture based on B/S pattern matures gradually. The Model-View-Controller pattern discards all disadvantages of the design pattern in traditional web application. It separates the control and the view of the data so as to meet the design demand of the multi-layer web application which is complicated more and more. So MVC pattern is the best choice to develop the J2EE web application.This paper analyzed the advantages to set up the web application system based on J2EE platform firstly. Second it studied the trait of the MVC pattern. Then it elaborated on the whole process about the design and implementation of an enterprise management system based on this pattern. Finally, it concluded the experiences during developing.From the whole process of developing the system we can see that the enterprise information management system, which adopts the MVC pattern of J2EE technology in developing, separated the business logic and page display. It simplified the work of each stage, normalized the developing of the whole system, improved the code quality and the system efficiency, made the system have many advantages, such as good performance, platform crossable, easy to be extended, managed and maintained etc. The system manifests the technical advantages of J2EE architecture and MVC pattern.This system can implement the standardization of system management, human resources management, customer management, financial management, and research and development management. It simultaneously reduced the cost and improved the working efficiency. At present, this system has been used and run steadily in the repeating and complicated service operation. It has brought many conveniences to the company and enhanced the working efficiency to some extent.
