These include SMS Centre, GPRS, WLAN, VOIP, WAP and MMS business. By building the IP network management systems engineering, hope to achieve through an automated centralized operation and maintenance management, centralized monitoring, and centralized maintenance goals. In order to achieve effective network management, monitoring and maintenance, data network management system is very important, the accurate data reliability and timeliness of the whole will have a direct impact on the IP Network Management System information feedback of accurate and timely. IP Network Management System in the data preparation process of data acquisition is a critical step.In this paper, the main research work briefly summarized as follows:1.
