| Along with the power supply enterprise customer quantity sharpincrease, the traditional ways of payment receives the business hour, businessplace, the security and so on various aspects limit, causes the customer payment difficult issues to be increasingly prominent.In order to solve the above problem, we present a new method of payment of electricity charges. We take advantage of "95598" power call center voice services(IVR), integration of existing power information resource, to research and treatment, developed the "Power Payment Card System". Power Payment Card use is simple and convenient. After the customer buys the card, passable this city any telephone hasdialed "95598", inputs the household number, the card number and the password in turn according to the voice prompt, completes the payment operation.First, the paper analyzes the development and existing problem of the method of payment of electricity charges. Then, it describes the new payment way "Power Payment Card System", proposes the system technical plan and the realization principle. After that, it carries on the demand analysis and divides the system into function module. According to the technical plan in the paper, it designs and implements the system, describing the solution for the key technical question in the system in detail, including system security, how to prevent malicious attempts to gain card numbers and password, how to verify the validity of payment cards, database encryption, encryption card information system, how to ensure that the accounts consistent with the marketing system accounts. Finally, the paper carries on the summary and the forecast of the system.The power payment card system which designed and implemented in this paper has been in trial operation in Power Supply Bureau, operating in good condition, each target achieves the design requirements. |
