The effective management of various enterprise internal equipment resource, and digging up the potential in use of these resources with maximum limit, is the central problem of the equipment management of modern enterprise. So to build unified equipment resource information model in enterprise, and to realize the integration and share of equipment resource information have the very important value of theory and application.This text defines both of the static and dynamic information of equipment features, which can satisfy demands of equipment resource information model and ideal equipment model. Feature information of equipment is described by using feature modeling technology, which can consummate the equipment resource model. The classes of equipment are compartmentalized based on the equipment information model, which is referred to present equipment management system. The geometry structure model of equipment is established with 3D software and VRML, which can ramble dynamically by VRML Plug-in in the browser. Also to integrate the 3D model and management information system to get rid of the former management style of mode of letter, can provide a kind of manage thinking of visualization. This text defines the production ability parameters according to the characteristics of equipments of this enterprise. Algorithm of fuzzy deduction and synthetic capacity estimation of the similarity of equipments is brought to elect the best replaceable equipment, which can provide the reference to manufacture scheduling of the MES system. This text also builds up the frame structure and the function model of the equipments resources information management system, elaborates the ways of system functions and developes the equipment resource information management system. |
