With the coming age of 3G and performance improvement of mobile terminal, users begin to concern about services they can enjoy through 3G not the technology itself. Now, it is mainly applied in the entertainment and consumer field. However, with the mature of technology of 3G mobile network, enterprise application requirement will be of great importance.This thesis analyzes 3G wireless communication system, 3G industrial chain and users' requirement of new services, then describes the realization of Colliery Remote Monitoring Project based on TD-SCDMA. It analyzed the functionality of colliery remote monitoring from application aspect, and enterprise mobile application solutions which is supported by SP based on TD-SCDMA. This thesis firstly devises the project, such as devising modules, analysis of implemention and expected goals. Secondly, it describes the process of building colliery remote monitoring network based on TD_SCDMA, using ground and underground equipments of DTmobile.Thirdly, it studies J2ME application development intergraded with J2EE, then devises workflow in server. Forthly, it realized the expected functionality using MVC model in J2ME development platform. Then it discusses key implementation, such as RMS module in model layer, starting module, logging module in presention layer, network processing module in control layer. It analyzes these modules in detail, and studies some related technologies, for example MD5, RMS, HTTP and MVC design patterns.Finally,test the project on LGG282 cell-phone in the way of black-box.
