The Research And Application Aiming At Urban Real Estate Information Service Based On Internet

The real estate is not similar as general merchandises. The way to display manufacture in the same location leads to the difficulty in comprehensive decription of its characterisitics. Thus the publication of information plays both two roles during the transaction of real estate. One is focusing on advertisements spurring purchasers to buy house property. Moreover the publication of real estate takes on fully setting out the characteristics of products.Ajax, which is a type of innovatory technologies based on Web2.0 concept, completely changed cognition of surfing on internet. Furthermore, this technology has defined the roles between web system developers and website users again. In order to display the urban real estate location information, Web GIS is utilized to realize the E-Map based on Internet .Web Service is a scheme to solve the crossed-platform problems about function call between society service system and government information platform. All mentioned above sustain the realization of system in technique.This paper started with the requirement analyse of publication of real estate information and, according to real estate's own characteristics, concluded necessary components which are involved in the process representing information of real estates. Meanwhile, oriented on different demands of network publication, this paper compared and analyzed various implementations of different publication of real estate. Afterwards, this paper focused on the discussion about status of Web GIS during the procedure of publishing real estate information and also the methods that these specific platforms should apply for the development of GIS applications. If we follow the above steps, probably we can avoid difficulties in geometric-series increase happened in system development also the system we developed can completely fit the needs of real estate information publication. The last-mentioned of this paper is the proof-test of service pattern and implements of platforms for real estate information service.
