Grid is the next generation of Internet technology , which goal is resource sharing through High-Speed Internet connections with different location computing resources. Grid computing becomes the third method of scientific research. More and more scientific research institutions begin to build grid system, and develop research in biology, chemical, geography, physics etc. Now there are many grid middleware, How to choose a suitable middleware and build a user-friendly management, and easy expansion, with heterogeneous characteristics of the Grid System became the question of in-depth study.Base on the study of theory of grid middleware Globus, MPICH-G2, Scmsweb, Torque, Gfarm. I did researches and design the grid system base on above middlewares. For the building of large-scale grid system made a try. Also use the system provides an effective way in the biological, chemical areas achieve its results in grid computing technology. At last, the grid system access to "The Pacific Rim Application and Grid Middleware Assembly (PRAGMA)"testbed, it is support by NSF in America. At present,the testbed have thirty-two Hight performance computing resources from sixteen country(including America, Japan, Hongkong, Singapore, China etc institutions and college), and Achieve interconnection with abroad grid and share resources, To further make use of the grid system participate in exchanges and study abroad grid technology laid a solid foundation.
