| With the development of the cause of television, TV ratings survey also came into being, the development of the domestic television today, and the basic model and the operation of the audience ratings in the form of dramatic changes, a single ratings assessment has been shown to the its serious shortage caused by a single ratings assessment TV character decline, loss of the sense of responsibility the status has also been obvious, how to find a new, more meaningful assessment standards and has become a television facing the need to be addressed urgently a practical problem.This article refers to a large number of domestic and foreign literature on the basis of ratings and television media of the relationship between social responsibility, a green ratings evaluation system. The article first studies on the background and significance, as well as the contents and methods of research, then on the connotation of green ratings, features and significance ,and then attempt to build the system which suitable for China's national conditions. It also expounds the implementation of an evaluation system ,and then discusses green ratings and TV ratings social responsibility from the perspective of Communication, This is the key to realize the green TV ratings.In this paper, by use of the method of content analysis and document analysis for the combination of a green ratings system, we aim at analyzing indicators from the ratings contend with the social responsibility of the issue between the nature of the ratings ,so puts forward solutions for the social responsibility and China's TV industry ratings ,which has an important reference value for Chinese TV development. |
