In recent few years, with the global climate worse off and the frequent occurrence of extremely bad weather, many countries initiate to realize the significance of unpolluted and recycled energy source. Wind power generation is one of the most grown-up and prosperous industry in new energy development. Without meteorological management, wind-field cannot build and run well. Meteorological parameter collection has long-term been at the manual stage, and meanwhile, it was inconvenient to share multi-area meteorological data. Therefore, the establishment of auto-meteorological parameter collection system in different wind fields and the realization of uninterrupted collection together with uploading selective meteorological data, which provides scientific data for the management of wind field.With the arrival of new GSM mobile communications, wireless mobile data telecommunication progressively applies in more and more fields. Meanwhile, mobile communication will enter 3G ages and provide infrastructure support for wireless data transmition.Aiming at the problems in wind-field meteorological parameter collection, the wireless transmition system was designed by using the mobile communication. It can transmit meteorological data to the host PC by RF wireless transmission and to the control center by GSM network remote transmission selectively, which realizes automation and intelligence of the meteorological parameter, manual collection and the share of multi-area meteorological data. Main efforts for the work as follows: design of sensors of temperature, humidity, wind speed and wind-direction ; design of RF wireless transmission module ;based on Delphi platform, operation system for meteorological data developed ;based on GSM network, data transmitting remotely to control center by sending short messages selectively.Parameters collected in this system include: temperature, humidity, wind speed and wind direction. Modular design is convenient for extension of different parameter collected. The result shows that the collection precision is 0.5 percent and error rates of data wireless transmition limits to one ten-thousandth.
