To promote first-class higher vocational education, our national educational department will select about 100 higher vocational colleges around China with distinguished feature and famous reputation in the society and build them into exemplary higher vocational colleges. Domestic higher vocational colleges learn advanced digital campus pattern of management and operation from foreign countries, and they create and reform a unique digital campus construction pattern according to their own feature.Higher vocational colleges stress on cooperation with enterprises, implement process-oriented teaching method and carry out the rank-checking system of process. Therefore, it will have good social and economic benefits to develop a comprehensive application management system based on new pattern of teaching management of higher vocational colleges.This text researches and designs a higher vocational colleges' digital campus comprehensive application management system as a software platform to support the efficient operation of digital campus in view of above background and purpose. Its research content includes the following aspects:1) To analysis, design and research the construction pattern of higher vocational Colleges' digital campus and the functional framework of comprehensive application management system. 2)To stress on the research about various subsystems and functional structure of comprehensive application management system based on new management pattern and teaching pattern of higher vocational colleges. 3) To do physical design about back database of system's core modules, and realize the database, tables, stored procedures, user-defined functions and triggers code design. We use the following methods and technical route during the research process:1) Digital campus network topology ensures the stability of system's operation by using the technology of dual-core fault-tolerant and load balancing. 2) Digital resources database realizes the sharing of information resources and ensures the security of data's storage by using server cluster's storage scheme.3) It uses B / S structure to develop the system, realize system's extension and is easy to upgrade, maintain, and able to operate crossing platform.4) It uses process definition and reconstruction technology to do the system's design, and realizes the automated management of client's business process.5) Along with using the SQL Server, a large specialized database, as a data management platform, it improves the quality of project design and efficiency of system operating with using back programming technology such as stored procedures, user-defined functions and triggers.The system can meet each basis requirement during the demonstration construction of higher vocational colleges in function and each quality can reached the expected goal after it has been put into using.
