Design Of Embedded Web Vidicon

With the development of computer and network technology, the video surveillance system has shown great progress. It changes from a traditional analog system to a digital system, and continues developing towards digitalization and system intergration. At present, the video surveillance system has been widely applied to a good deal of fields, such as management monitoring and manufacture monitoring, and has become one of the important technical means of modern management and monitoring. Its characteristics, such as small volume, low cost and good stability, make the embeded video monitoring system promissing a future.This thesis designs and implements a kind of web vidicon, whose hardware platform makes use of S3C4510B processor of Samsung. This processor is based on ARM7TDMI core and has good features of high speed, low power, high quality and low cost. This system also uses WIS chip GO7007SB, which can realize the hard compression of video picture which is based on many formats and transmit data through HPI interface. This design adopts the embedded operating system VxWorks. In the field of transmission of data, the system uses the BSD4.4 socket. At last the whole system achieves its functions very well.The thesis mainly comprises two parts: The first part is concerned with the exploitation of GO7007SB driver, which includes introduction of GO7007SB, the presentation of the driver, the exploitation and debugging of GO7007SB driver. The second part mainly elaborates on communications and transimission of data through the Internet. In this part, I introduce TCP/IP protocol, Socket and communications in the C/S mode, and then the statement of the program exploitation of Server and Client respectively, finally, I take down the progress of debugging and obtain the results.
