Software Design And Development Of Manostat's Control System

Manostat plays a stabilizing role in the output voltage by regulating transformer. It has been widely applied in many fields. For example, computers, photocopiers, test equipment, lighting equipment, television equipment, medical equipment, communications equipment, industrial automation application and so on. Above all, Manostat plays an important role on some equipment which are voltage-instable and sophisticated. Although some foreign products are good, however, they are very expensive and the technology is kept in secret. Because of Most of the domestic products are of bad design, their stability and speed of adjustment is poor.According to the market need, the author and Tianjin Ai Wei Electronics Co Ltd developed the exchange purification matostat together which is controlled by PIC series of MCU produced by Microchip Company. The exchange purification matostat can respond to the sudden mutation of the voltage and deal with them at once. When output voltage excesses the range of the control of matostat, the product will send a warning message. This paper introduces the design process of the control program of the core components of the matostat and how to solve the problem occurred during the program designing and debugging. It also introduces the multi-sampling technology from the output and the switch design of transformer to enhance the ability of rapid and sensitive mediation on voltage. This paper introduces how to achieve all the modules and sets out the test results of our manostat on different platforms. In this paper, the integrity of the entire software development process was discussed in detail.Finally, the achieved program can meet the demand of hardware and has a strong stability. The performance and stability of our products are better than the current domestic products. The products have brought considerable economic and social benefits.
