System can more objective and impartial evaluation of the Civil Service to better accomplish the functions of the governmental work.Based on J2EE framework for using MY SQL database system, Resin application server and JAVA programming language, using JDBC, JSP, JAVA Bean components programming techniques, including voter landing, the Civil scoring, information, assessment management of the civil service module assessment management system.This paper analyses the background of the civil service system evaluation and the development of the status quo at home and abroad, briefly describes the systems need to address the main problems on the system objectives, design principles, system architecture and system functional modules focus on; in the process of realization of system The various functional modules, interface design, system interface, and other parts of the analysis, and provides technology and the realization method.In the project development process, I have to resolve the key issues the following areas:First, how to make the new system and the development of the original management system seamlessly integrated in the design, I make full use of the original design, especially database design, our new system with the original integration in the information management systems together, this easy-to-manage, and maintain.Second, how to ensure that data collected by real reliable, and can truly achieve an objective and impartial evaluation, I fully on the basis of research, summarized the assessment model, the system is efficient and practical.Third, in the distributed technology on the basis of use of component technology, according to the functions of the information systems into that logic, business logic and data management of three large, the use of J2EE technology to achieve the three-tier system architecture and distributed applications.Fourth, how the system in a number of key categories abstract, object-oriented thinking of the design of the system used in some of the basic functions of code refactoring, refining some general categories, those which applied to the design of other systems development, and achieving the greatest possible reuse, improve software development efficiency.
