Now in the markingthere is no tools of the planning scrambling code that well be accepted, most ofthe tools can't meet the customers'needs. such as can not support the change ofcells, the change of adjacent cell, the change of parameters, or the badperformance, response rate decline exponentially, when the number of cellincrease.This paper .analysis the relevance of the limited resource scrambling codebased on the research abroad and domestic, calculate the correlation array by theformula of code correlation, and consider the adjacent cell code-related factorsinterfere with each other, by setting distance code reuse threshold to ensure thatcode within the scope of threshold can not reusable. raised the scrambling codeplanning algorithm based on deeply strength, and solved the problem ofinterference among different cells after planning.Then, this paper introduces the whole architecture of scrambling codeplanning, focusing on the project management module, code planning module,data-processing module, performance testing module and log managementmodule design, and database design, safety certification design.Finally, this paper describes the details of the system's implementation, theuser interface, and show the test results. and summing up the lack of paper,introduce the following work of this system. now the system has been tested inthe application.
