| With the rapid development of the computer technology, the information-based management is becoming more prevalent. Undoubtedly, the degree of the information-based management will directly influence work efficiency in the departments of our government. For many years, Price Evaluation Department (PED) of Changchun City Government has managed its work with a manual way. With the growing quantity of work, its efficiency with the manual way is so low that it cannot finish so vast work timely. So this deparment longs for the modern official software to help them deal with these taskes and accordingly enhance its efficiency. Therefore, the writer develops a computer system, named Price Evaluation Manage System (PES), based on Network Application Technology. PES changes the traditional work. It includes the whole flow of all daily works in PED. It can obviously improve wok efficiency, standardize the business flow, bring about real-time information and share them among the relavant departments. The paper applies Struts+Spring+Hibernate Framework Integration Technology in Price Evaluation field and builds a stable structure of PES, which makes the coupling among all layers of this system lower and enhances its reusability, expansibility and maintenance so as to satisfy this system's design target. Secondly, the paper makes the adject to currently popular Web Application Component Structure so as to be more suitable for Struts + Spring + Hibernate Framework pattern, and at the same time satisfies the need of Unit Test of Domain Object. Then this paper carries on the assignment to the business logic part in PES and encapsulate into the system module by the principle, which is"whether to rely on persistence". This practice can balance effectively every layer's load and optimize PES's bottleneck. Otherwise, the paper puts forward a kind of exception control schema based on multi-layer, which makes exception control more standard so as to be a regular flow and tend to a criterion, improves the ability to control the exceptions that PES may appear, and thereby its reliability will be enhanced. |
