With the fast development of Science and the globalization of the business,the semi-conductor company that the author works for also faces continuous changes. The changed requirements and upgraded application cause the following problems: how to decrease the cost of software development and maintenance,how to improve the efficiency and reduce the influence of modification,how to prolong the life cycle of software. It is hard to solve above problems based on the traditional development method. Recently,the software engineers pay more attention to the code generation framework and technologies such as MDA,Andromda and Structs. These new technologies change the traditional development and thinking methods.The general code generation technology can improve the efficiency; it is the universal guidance to improve the quality. But for the particular field such as the semiconductor domain,it cannot completely meet the need. After analyzing the domestic and international techniques , this paper chooses the proper technology that based on the actual semiconductor requirements. It also studies the key techniques and infrastructure of code generation system,and then focuses on the system design and modeling.After usage o,the code generation system satisfies the need for services,improves the development and maintenance efficiency. At the same time,it provides the uniform code style. The software engineers are released from repeated coding and can devote more for the business logic implementation.
