| As a rising medium, Internet protocol television(IPTV) has brought new impetus and new way of thinking because of its strong developing power and the advantage of its interaction. More and more people have already paid attention to the IPTV in the exploitation and use of education.It is important to develop a digital learning environment in the background of informational education and medium. This research is expected that IPTV will be used into movies and television teaching to solve many problems in an effective way and be used to create an opening environment for learning and communication between teachers and students. Meanwhile, via this research we make a useful exploration of developing IPTV education in some less-developed areas such as NingXia province.We analysized the function of IPTV in education through the methods such as literature reviewal,action research and case study. We take [ Film and Video Course ] in NingXia University as an example to design and realize the campus digital learning environment in IPTV according to the feature of the course < Film and Video Production > and the need of the teachers and students.We found an interactive and opening digital learning environment with the development of movies and television course for the learners' self-study, cooperative study and communication. Through the Television direct transmission, video selection and interactive service, we make students' view of time and space wide and make their cognitive and operational ability developed synchronically.We proposed constructive thought and way via development and research of IPTV digital learning environment to enlighten the Western region to develop the IPTV in education. The campus IPTV will be playing a great role in future education with the development of internet technology and the diversity of educational content. |
