Research And Development Of Production Control In ERP

As advanced managing ideology and informatization tool, ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) considers the effect of manufactures, suppliers,distributors and customers, faces to the whole supply-chain management. Purchasing is an important part of the logistics and fund flow at the threshold of supply-chain. Adopting advanced and efficient purchasing management can not only provide continual materials flow for enterprises, but also help them improve the product quality and reduce the cost.On the basis of analyzing to the present production control existing problem of manufacturing industry, combine with the basic thought of ERP and enterprise's balanced demand characteristic to production control and ability equilibration, the paper propose the systematic frames of production control and ability equilibration, confirm the systematic function and operational mode.so the corporation can adopt advanced management techenology to strengthen the interaction of every step of production,upgrade the production ability with the limited resources.Above all, this paper has solved some important problems in system development: (1) Modeling of distributed three-tier architecture; (2) Designing the business data flowcharts and function module of the production control subsystem; (3) Creating the data management level, application server and the client. This production control subsystem can efficiently realize data traffic with other subsystems in ERP and can provide valid inquiring and analyzing function. Candel-ERP has been well implemented in Liuzhou LDDQ Company and Nanning JYDJ Company, the method and technique in this paper are testified to be valid by the practice, and provide the reference for further study on ERP technology.
