The CRBT Constructing And Developing Of Henan Mobile

Coloring ring back tone is a new kind of value-added telecommunication service, which has been recommended by various telecom carriers in succession in recent years, even because its user popularized rate increases quickly and it can draw a large income, it is widely welcomed by every carriers. At present, China Mobile Communications Corporation ("China Mobile" for short) has also provided the service of coloring ring back tone.Since the coloring ring back tone is a newer one than the traditional voice communication services, it has no relevant criterion to keep to at the present time. This article tries to discuss some problems in the constructing and developing process of the coloring ring back tone operation system according to the author's experiences and understandings of this area.There are six chapters in this article. Chapter one mainly introduces the constructing background, developing trend and some service functions of the coloring ring back tone. Chapter two briefly introduces two kinds of technologies how to carry out the coloring ring back tone service: the terminal exchange triggering mode and intellectual network mode. Chapter three detailedly describes the designing and implementing of related network. Because the intellectual network mode has never adopted in Henan province, only the terminal exchange triggering mode is mainly introduced in this Chapter. Chapter four better expatiates on the target network project of Henan Mobile Corporation from three aspects as follows: network structure, calling flow and requirements of network unit equipments. Chapter five introduces the developmental course of coloring ring back tone in Henan province which covers from the early constructing stage to the capability-expanded stage in 2007, then points out the advantages and deficiencies of various projects. Chapter six describes the implementing in soft switch station of Henan Mobile. It briefly introduces the system and framework of soft switch, related standard and protocol, its characters, the general situation of soft exchange station of Henan Mobile and the implementing ways between different terminal exchange stations, then brings forward some problems which are needed to solve in the next developing stage of coloring ring back tone service.
