Analysis And Implementation Of Communication Engineering Project Management System

OA adopts the advanced technique of internet/intranet based on the workflow, make user work efficiently by sharing message conveniently, gather and extract information, help managers of enterprise make wise decisions. OA is a standard of modern management for enterprises.This paper introduces a design of OA named CEPMS (Communication Engineering Project Management System) for Suzhou Telecom. The design implements the automation management based on five factors of one project: requirement,design,decision,construction,audition.Study the technical features of some popular IT technology that applied on development, including J2EE ,LINUXand XML.This paper includes following parts:1,Analysis the requirement of CEPMS; understand environment and the requirement of users; complete the specification instruction;2,Function description of CEPMS; Complete the structure design of system with the specification instruction: subdivide the function module, define date structure and algorithm and all the others.3,Detailed design of CEPMS; with the design of code, detail thefunction of all modules , forms the behavior of system, describe all withcode.4,Implementation of CEPMS; With the application computercode ,complete the function of all modules, construct the system platform,make tests until all is O.K.CEPMS satisfy everyone with minimizing the work and making userwork efficiency. The construction of the platform has been completedaccording to the design. Then it is put in the trial. The result proves thecorrectness and reliability of its design. This presents a new view of OAand creative solution.
