Context-Aware Service Selection In IMS

With the rapid development of the Internet and the computer science, the webservices on IP Multimedia Subsystem emerge at high rate. The large number of services greatly meets people's requirements, however, the redundancy of the services brings people some difficulties on how to choose the best one form many services.In order to solve this problem, this paper presents the context-aware service seletion. The context-aware computing can collect the context information around and about the users and the context-aware service selection just takes such context information to help the users to make the best choices. Firstly, this paper gives a detailed description of the context-aware service selection module in Home Subscriber Server (HSS) of IMS architecture, and then the interaction between the context-aware service selection module and the other module of IMS is presented in the third part. Besides, the workflow of the context-aware service selection is also presented in the same part. Moreover, the fourth part gives the mathematic principle-Dynamic Fuzzy Analysis Hierarchy Module. At last, the fifth part simulates the context-aware service selection and verifies it can help the users to choose the most suitable service form the many discovered services.
