Research And Design To PLC Control System Based On PROFIBUS

As the integrated product of computer technology, communication technology, instrument technology, and control technology, Fielbus is one of the focuses of the current technical development in automatic field. Fielbus is whole scattered intelligent, bi-directional, interconnected, multivariable and multipoint communication network which connects intelligent working equipment with automatic system. PROFIBUS, as one of the international specifications of fieldbus, has been used extensively in automation of processing, automation of machining and automation of building.First, the basis and background in selecting this topic to research in the thesis were discussed. Then, the paper introduced the concept, property, typical protocols of fieldbus technology, and the consist of protocols, properties and advantages of PROFIBUS were researched. The paper mainly introduced the property, the function and the communication model of PROFIBUS-DP.On the basis of research on standard of PROFIBUS, one kind of Master-Slaver structure control system based on PROFIBUS-DP with SIEME NS S7-300 series.PLC was researched and designed. According to the control processing of the Coke Dry Quenching (CDQ), the paper discussed the network configuration, the hardware structure, software and monitoring interfaces design in detail. At the same time, the programming method withSTEP 7, the software for S7-300 PLC and the development of monitoring interface with configuration software Wincc were analyzed. The Master-Slaver structure control system based on PROFIBUS-DP has realized the test and control to the three intelligent slaver stations (CPU315-2DP) by the mater station. The control request of the Coke Dry Quenching (CDQ) was done successfully.
