| Belt Conveyor is a current transport tool, the design of belt conveyor is usually based on manual work, which directly results in long design period, inefficiency and repetition. It can hardly meet the demand of manufacture. This thesis combined the practice manufacturing experiences and the existing research results, based on the systematical analysis and study of selecting design theory for DTII belt conveyors and mechannical CAD technology, using visual procedure language Delphi and SQL sever relations database developed a CAD system for DTII belt conveyor design, realized the automation of the whole design process of DTII belt conveyor selection. Using the present popular drawing systems, such as AutoCAD, this thesis developed a parametric drawing program which can be used to draw the construction of belt conveyors. The system makes uses of computer to reduce design cycle of belt conveyer and labor intensity of the designers,enhance belt conveyer design calculation the accuracy and reliability, reasonably control conveyer parts quantity and the purchase cost, enhance working efficiency and economic efficiency. |
