The prevalence of broadband network contributes to the rapid progress of live broadcast systems, but streaming media broadcast system which is based on the traditional C/S mode exists capacity bottleneck. It is difficult to adapt to the large-scale application. To this end, the technology that combines the P2P network and streaming media, makes streaming media services based on P2P network have a better scalability, robustness and practicality. The article researches on P2P streaming media broadcast system theory and technology. The author analyzes and compares four kinds of overlay network of P2P; researches on the existing P2P streaming application model: the single-tree based, the multi-tree based and the Gossip based network model, and bring forward a dynamical streaming dada scheduling algorithm based on data division after analyzing kinds of streaming data scheduling algorithm named DDSA. The algorithm uses the dynamical bandwidth adjustment to adapt the change of the network bandwidth. Meanwhile, the algorithm divides the data into three sectors, and uses different strategy to schedule the data in each sector. It can not only enhance the timely arrival rate of the data segments, but also can enable the data segments to have a good diffusibility. The article designs and implements a P2P streaming live broadcast prototype system named PPTV on the basis of DONet model. PPTV use the tracker server to manager peers, in order to set up and maintain the mesh topology of peers, and use DDSA algorithm" to schedule the data. Finally, the article introduces the structure of PPTV, describes the design of the major module and the main algorithms in detail, and tests the PPTV system in the network environment. The test results show the system meets the design requirements.
