Fieldbus is the basic of industrial data traffic, it's not only a basic net ,but also an open,distributed control system and has become the focus of automation technology improvement. Base on the limit of conditions in industry field, such as moved object or the sensor on rotated equipment we have to choose wireless data traffic way.This thesis introduces some fieldbus and wireless technology which are widely used in industry field, analyse their characteristic. DeviceNet fieldbus and nonstandard radio frequence were chose as research content. First, this thesis introduces the characteristic of nonstandard radio frequence and nRF24L01 microchip which integrates this technology. Then the DeviceNet specification is studied and discussed carefully. The DeviceNet specification is a set of perfectly and logically protocol, and can be used in different fields. This thesis researches the using of data picking-up and transmitting. Then this thesis discusses the hardware and software design of wireless node and DeviceNet slave node. DeviceNet slave node design includes application layer, data link layer and physical layer. The AT89s52 and SJA1000 CAN control chip were selected to realize DeviceNet application layer and data link layer, and the PCA82C250 CAN transceiver was used for connecting to the DeviceNet bus. Finally, the paper gives the test method and result of the DeviceNet slave node which was development by us and an abstract description for the development of the DeviceNet filedbus products. |
