With the the gradually improving of integrated data and processing requirements of test and measurement,the technology of testing bus developes from GPIB to VXI and then to PXI,but such a development is still far from being able to meet people's needs.In the 21st century,this demand is even more urgenter.The development of a new generation of test and measurement instruments bus is the common aspiration of the equipment industry,so Ethernet began to be widely used because of its outstanding transmission performance,LXI came into being,and it gets more and more attention,and becomes the new focus.Since the issuance of the LXI standard in 2005,it was adopted by more than 50 companies such as R&S,Anritsu,Tektronix,Keithley and so on,which are recognized as the leaders of the industry of test and measurement.LXI products has been a rapid development also.Agilent itself has over 300 kinds of LXI products come out,which takes about one-third of the share.Although the LXI Consortium members of the civil society is increasing year by year,even 3 Chinese companies such as Beijing Aerospace Control company have joined the LXI Consortium,most of the domestic researches of LXI are still in its infancy,and the kinds of LXI products are less and less.Study on this thesis is based upon the LXI standard and its related technologies,using the LXI hardware module which is improved on the existing instruments,and embedded software technology,developping a Data Acquisition System which meets the LXI A Class.this kind of LXI instruments does not fully meet the LXI standard,but it is a equivalent with the LXI A Class Instruments in the function.
