| New scientific-technological revolution with the symbol of informationization has been developing flourishingly since 1990's. College informationization with the advantages of advanced science technology not only changed the university education idea, system, management, means, method, but also has promoted the university education modernization and its sustainable development. Meanwhile, some problems such as data dispersing, no unified standards and interface are also exposed gradually in the process of the construction of informationization.This project is based on the informationization background of Sichuan Information Technology College, and it is the conclusion based on the author's participation in the project designing, management and implementation. Analyzing the current situation and needs of informationization of Sichuan Information Technology College, the thesis puts forward the general thought of informationization construction, reconstructs and conforms some workflows in teaching, scientific research and management, builds the model of service demand needed in its exploring and using. The thesis also makes a comprehensive illustration on the project designing and implementing, management in the informationization construction, and designs a comprehensive framework of college informationization construction.The design of this project adopts standard modeling language to label the needs and designing. It builds the models for system using, designing and implementing, realizes the data centralized treatment and the share of work information, breaks the barriers between the applied systems. The success of this project provides some necessary data and an applied bulwark for the college informationization construction. The achievements of the thesis are not only helpful to the later informationization constructions similar to such ones, but also have significant importance on exploring some other informationization projects oriented to certain applied fields. |
