With the emergence of field bus system, management system has been developing in the way of fragmentation, intelligentization, and networks connected. It is destined that on CAN bus control system will replace distributed control system in the development of automatic control system. This thesis mainly deals with the case study of a Coking Factory in Shan Xi, trying to discuss the design, debugging and control algorithm for the coking process control system on CAN bus.Firstly, the thesis gives a brief introduction to the bus technology, features and applications of CAN bus, and technical features and structure of field control system. Then taking coking process as a specific case, it points out the general design of coking control system, the configuration of hardware and software for the control system. The paper also tries to set three different control algorithm as the CAN bus is applied for the coking process: first, facing the complexity and non-linearity of coal blending in coking a optimization model for coal blending in coking control and a BP network temperature forecasting model for ash melting point have been designed and verified by MATLAB; secondly, in accordance with the coupling characteristics between the pressure of gas collection tubes, a decoupling controlling algorithm is presented; lastly, the paper proposes a PID coke oven temperature control model and provides arithmetic process for the coke oven temperature control process. In analyzing system data flow, this thesis is trying to accomplish the configuration, and development of monitoring functions including warning, event, tendency curve,report forms and technics simulation,and debugging of the system,.
