The Design And Realization Of MIS For Housing Bank

With the rapid development of information technology, based on the furious competition, Management Information System (MIS) are more and more popular in the corporations of China. The paper focused on designing and implementing the Management Information System (MIS) for a house transaction company. The study aimed to manage the information of house information with computer technology, implement information share and communication, assist manager make correct decisions.First, we investigated and analyzed the curricula of operation in Guizhou house transaction center, knew the weakness of the current management, put forward to develop House Bank Management System based on B/S mode. Second,we described how to model with the O-O (object-oriented) thinking and Unified Modeling Language (UML). Third, we chose Delphi as the programming language and SQL Server as database server, implemented the House Bank Management Information System. Some pivotal technology in implemented(for example: control design of user right, design of Database security,database backing up automatically and audit of kernel operation) were described briefly.At last, a summary of the paper is made. It points the weaknesses in design helping making progress in the further.After implementing of MIS, the work efficiency is improved obviously. This company is more competitive and energetic. Meanwhile, the experience will be directly applied to higher level of information process in this company, and it will be a good reference for other companies of house transaction.
