With the development of the computer and metwork and digital techique and the coming of the new element and new material ,radio and TV techique developed by leaps and bounds, the mediumwave transmitter was replaced from the old type of electron-tube transmitter to the solid-state transmitter and the Digital Modulation machine . At present, in the world, the medium-short wave digital radio transmitter is developed and brought forward digitalization and automation. However ,real-time monitor and control system were further studied ,which is not only have great sense to improve information and automate level of our radio and TV launching stand, but also make a crucial step for realizing the broadcasting situation of "unmanned on duty ,anyone rear". According to the thought of combine Embedded system with network techique, this thesis is cought out real-time monitor and control to the medium wave transmitter with ARM+PC controled-pattern.According to realizing automate, this thesis describes how to design a real-time monitor and controlled system of the medium wave transmitter with ARM. At the beginning of the monitor and control system's applicant environments and current situation of the medium wave transmitter, this thesis describes not only the main function and characteristics of the monitor and control system, but also anti-jamming and prevent thunder's measure. As the main control unit of the monitor and controlled system, radio transmitter's micro-controller takes charge of monitor machine state ,disposes malfunetion and turn on or off the machine on schedule and machine by turns. PC takes charge of sending out instruct and transmission information with micro-controller and printing report forms and daily record of work. Because of electromagnetism disturbance, we must think of how to improve anti-jamming capability of micro-controller. So during implement of our design, we divide the whole of system into six parts ,include main ,I/O,LCD and keyboard, communication, memory ,network module.Finally, we implement special technologies in hardware and software anti-jamming is researched...
