With broad application of surface mounting chips, as a primary device, mounting machine has been more important in electronic manufacturing. Mounting machine can accomplish setting surface chip high-affectively and exactly. However, research on key technology of auto-mounting electric chip and device has still been starting stage in China. As the most important part of mounting machine processing system, vision processing system decides the precision of mounting machine. Therefore, deeply research on mounting machine vision processing system has large importance.Vision processing system based on single-camera can avoid the error that comes from calibration error brought in multi-camera system.So it has more advantage for precision promotion.Firstly, the present state of mounting machine is introduced, and the vision processing technology of mounting machine is summarized. Vision processing system based on single-camera is studied, and the light path system is designed. According to the vision processing system above, a set of mounting machine processing system and its controlling system is designed.Secondly, anti-reflecting coating, depolarizition light splitting coating and high reflecting coating are studied and designed according to requirement. System error analysis has been performed, and main factors that influence system precision have been summarized. Methods of correcting and compensating initial error have been designed. Camera calibration has been applied in vision processing system.Finally, experimental platform of vision processing system is built and the experiment of vision processing system has been done. The preprocessing experiment of vision processing system is done. And then the result is analyzed to be valid.
