| Using activated sludge is the most widely adopted method in wastewater treatment. The traditional detections of sludge settlement ratio are operated manually,time-consuming and vapid. What is more ,the process of traditional detection is hard to control and sometimes with big error. To resolve above-mentioned problems, this image treatment detection based on the technoloy digital image treatment which has been widely used inmany important fields is to be introduced in this article.First, the structure,design principles and method of the system are introduced in detail.It includes four modules: image taking, preprocessing, processing and recognition, and involves image scaling, translation, rotation, graying of color image, elimination of noise, histogram processing of gray image, distilling of character, image binarization, image recognition and digital recognition etc. Second, article researches, analyzes, explores and concretely realizes the basic theories and technologies of image processing in this system deeply. It advances some relevant ways and designs to resolve actual issues. Moreover, it brings some new blue prints for the key steps to quicken the processing and make the results better. The rotation in geometrical transform and the image binarization with threshold are been effective improved. Finally, using the theory of object-oriented, a system software has been invented by the author. Results tests the software with 5 camera images in the experiment. It obtains the results, and validates the veracity of this system more.This image treatment detection system can be applied in the field of industrial analysis to make it more convenient time-saving and accurate. Also this system can be used as a reference for automation in wastewater treatment. |
